Navigator brake shudder driving me crazy

I need some help with my 2020 Navigator. It's got about 65,000 km on it and for the last few months I've been dealing with this annoying shudder when I brake from highway speeds. It's fine around town, but when I'm coming back from Abu Dhabi or driving on the Emirates Road, the whole car shakes when I slow down. I took it to a garage in Al Quoz and they told me the rotors are warped and I need new ones all around. They quoted me around 4,800 which seems like a lot but maybe that's normal for a big heavy car like this? I'm just not sure if I trust them because they didn't really explain anything, just said replace everything. I'm looking for proper Lincoln brake pad replacement experts Dubai who actually understand these big American SUVs and can tell me if I really need rotors or if machining would solve it. The car is mainly used for school runs and family trips so I want it done right but I also don't want to throw money away if it's not necessary. Anyone else had this issue with their Navigator? What did you do and where did you go?
