I'm posting this because I know I can't be the only one dealing with this. For the last few months, I have been getting non-stop calls from National Debt Collection. It started early in the morning and went until late at night. They were calling my cell, my work line, and even my family members. It was embarrassing and incredibly stressful.

I made the mistake of answering once and they were extremely aggressive. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I started avoiding my phone, but the calls just kept coming.

Last week, I finally hit my breaking point and decided to fight back. I looked up my rights and found a guide on how to Stop National Debt Collection Harassment. It explained that they can't legally call you repeatedly to annoy or abuse you, and there are specific steps you can take to force them to stop.

I followed the instructions and used a cease and desist template I found here: https://protectionforconsumers.com/stop-national-debt-collection-harassment/

It's only been a few days, but the calls have finally stopped. If you are in the same boat, don't just ignore it. Know your rights.
