How do you handle writing with a crying baby?

I am trying to finish my doctoral thesis and my newborn baby has not slept for more than an hour this whole week. I sit at my desk with heavy eyes and my brain feels like total mush. I have to write about philosophy but all I can think about is diapers and milk. The exhaustion is getting so severe that I actually started looking for PHD Dissertation help just to see if I could get some guidance on my structure. Does anyone else struggle to write when they are this tired?
