Dealership says I need new injectors – but car runs fine?

So I took my 2018 Mazda CX5 for a routine oil change at the dealership and they came back saying their "diagnostic" shows the injectors are underperforming and recommended replacing all four for something like 3500 dirhams. Here's the thing though, the car starts fine, no check engine light, fuel economy seems normal, and I don't feel any hesitation. I'm not stupid enough to just believe them without a second opinion but I also don't want to ignore a real problem. I think what I actually need is a thorough fuel system tune Dubai that can properly clean and test the injectors instead of just throwing new ones at the problem. Found Dynostar's injector page and they seem to do ultrasonic cleaning plus flow matching which sounds way cheaper than replacement. Has anyone here been told they needed new injectors but a proper cleaning fixed everything? Feeling a bit ripped off honestly.
